The agricultural firm Colombi Paolo is situated in locality Casa del Moro, in Castana borough, a village located on the hill that divides Scuropasso valley to the Versa one, in the very heart of Oltrepo Pavese, a land prone for the wine growing. Colombi family produces wines from three generations and nowadays Paolo, with his wife Patrizia, carries on the family tradition with great passion. "Passion" for quality wine: it has been the thread of the firm development since the beginning.
Among the rows as well as in the cellar nothing is given up by accident, working all over the year and producing the best grapes in property's vineyards especially keeping attention in wine-growing

Among our red wines, all of Controlled Origin Denomination, "Bonarda Vigna del Gobbo", Barbera Vigna Bilancia" and "Buttafuoco Storico" of Vigna Roglone selected grapes stand out.
Buttafuoco Storico is a wine with a great character, rural and intimate in its own natural disposition, belonging to a long and ancient tradition of the regions beyond the Po river.
